Psychological treatment is recommended when there is a psychological strain that cannot be resolved by the affected person alone. As part of psychological treatment, psychologists will help you to change psychological, physical and/or social disorders or stressful situations. During an anamnesis interview, the current condition is discussed and, if necessary, the patient’s medical history is taken. With the help of this information, a treatment plan is drawn up that includes solution-oriented goals that are to be achieved as part of the treatment. As a rule, psychological treatment takes place once a week.
